The project aims to develop and consolidate a stable, inclusive, and safe mechanism for democratic participation with adolescents in a vulnerable setting (North District of Granada, ERACIS area). It will give them a voice to expand opportunities, strengthen belonging and institutional trust, and tangibly influence municipal decisions that affect their daily lives; at the same time, young people will be trained to replicate the methodology. The objectives are to establish a Youth Assembly as a representative and legitimate deliberative channel; deliver a set of recommendations approved by the City Council through an MoU with a follow-up timetable; increase the civic capacities of adolescents and the community to sustain and replicate the model; improve inclusion through accessibility and safeguarding supports; generate evidence and open resources that facilitate transferability; and link the process with European platforms to ensure continuity and scale.
