The primary goal of GEMA is to promote gender equality and the inclusion of the LGBTI+ community among young people through training, participatory activities, and accessible resources. It aims to empower young people as agents of change, strengthen internal policies within organizations, and create a network of multipliers to foster inclusive practices. The strategy combines analysis, training, intercultural dialogue, and dissemination, with the goal of creating a lasting impact on youth communities. This project seeks to provide tools to youth organizations and activate a spirit of active and participative citizenship among young people by creating spaces for dialogue with youth involved in political responsibilities and visiting representative institutions. It aims to foster values of respect, equality, and active participation in line with EU values.
