This project aims to strengthen the role of youth work in supporting the mental health and resilience of young people affected by war and instability. Through non-formal education methods, we seek to create safe and inclusive spaces where youth can express themselves, heal, and build solidarity across cultures. Our main objectives are: To promote emotional literacy, empathy, and resilience among young people. To provide safe environments for self-expression and healing through creative and participatory methods. To foster intercultural dialogue, reduce prejudice, and combat hate speech. To empower youth as agents of change by strengthening leadership and peer support competences. To build the capacity of youth workers to integrate mental health support into youth work practices. To establish sustainable networks of peer support and collaboration across borders. By achieving these objectives, the project positions youth work as a powerful tool for healing, resilience, and hope.
