The main goal of this project, “IMPACT TOGETHER – Mobility of Youth Workers around Europe 2026–2027”, is to strengthen the professional competences of youth workers in addressing stigma, supporting vulnerable young people, and implementing innovative, high-quality youth work practices. From the perspective of youth work practice, the objectives are: Enhancing Knowledge and Awareness: - Increase understanding of stigma in various contexts (drug-related, cultural, minority groups) and its impact on young people. - Share good practices and concrete tools from partner organisations (YAD, DINAMO, Ungdom Mot Narkotika) to raise awareness and foster positive change in youth work environments. Developing Skills and Competences: - Improve skills in self-reflection, communication, team collaboration, networking, intercultural sensitivity, and creative problem-solving. - Strengthen participants’ ability to design and implement impactful youth work interventions using both traditional and digital tools. - Encourage the use of non-formal learning methods, nature-based activities, and participatory workshops to engage youth effectively. Fostering Innovation and Quality in Youth Work: - Encourage the adaptation of new methods, approaches, and technologies for youth engagement. - Promote environmentally-conscious and sustainable practices within youth work projects, including digital solutions and outdoor learning experiences. - Support the creation of replicable models for tackling stigma and promoting inclusion in local communities. Strengthening Networks and Cooperation: - Build stronger international partnerships and exchange knowledge between youth organisations. - Facilitate peer learning and collaborative problem-solving among youth workers from different cultural and organisational contexts. Ensuring Reflection and Impact: - Support participants in documenting and reflecting on their learning outcomes through tools such as Heart of Reflection, FutureMe letters, group reflections, and Youthpass certificates. - Ensure that acquired competences are applied in participants’ home organisations, improving quality, innovation, and recognition in local youth work practices. Expected Achievements: - Youth workers will leave the mobility with concrete tools, increased self-awareness, and practical methods to combat stigma in their work. - Participating organisations will gain innovative approaches and tested practices that can be implemented locally. - Participants will have a long-term plan for applying learning outcomes, supported by digital reflection tools and follow-up mechanisms.
