Through our project, we aim to promote gender equality, inclusion, and cultural understanding among young people with diverse backgrounds, especially Arabic-speaking youth living in Finland. Our project seeks to address cultural taboos, intergenerational misunderstandings, and social barriers that prevent young people from expressing their identity or advocating for gender-related rights. Our main objectives are to: -Empower young people to become active Gender Equality Ambassadors in their communities -Create safe spaces for intercultural and intergenerational dialogue on gender, identity, and human rights -Raise awareness through creative, youth-led media content such as podcasts, reels, and storytelling -Foster cooperation between youth, parents, professionals, and policy makers to build a shared understanding of inclusion and equality -Mainstream gender equality into our future work and the broader youth work field, using non-formal education and real-life experiences
