We would like to build up new and better youth councils in rural municipaliities in Finland and Italy. Young people learn about democratic decision making processes via youth council actions, but the amount of influence differs between municipalities. We would like to strengthen the involvement and also the ability of influencing among rural youth in local decision making processes in both partnering countries.
