Implementing the project "The Pathway of Creativity," we aspire to offer a transformative response to the socio-economic challenges faced by European youth. From a youth work practice perspective, our objectives are as follows: We want to increase the employability and independence of young participants by imparting concrete technical skills (project management, entrepreneurship) and essential transversal skills (teamwork, public speaking, self-confidence). Through interview simulations and personal development workshops, we aim to strengthen their pragmatism in job searching and their ability to adapt to a changing labor market. We seek to stimulate youth entrepreneurship and creativity by creating a supportive environment where they can turn their ideas into concrete projects. Through non-formal education methods, personalized coaching, and prototyping sessions, we encourage the development of an entrepreneurial mindset that values initiative, innovation, and the courage to take risks. We commit to promoting social inclusion, active citizenship, and intercultural dialogue by deliberately forming mixed international teams. Through collaborative activities and intercultural exchanges, we aim to break down barriers, deconstruct stereotypes, and enable young people to build a network of lasting relationships while promoting core European values. Finally, our project aims to create an experiential learning framework where young people can develop their self-esteem, articulate their professional aspirations, and become agents of positive change in their respective communities.
