Our project aims to offer young people from Toulouse and Brussels, from diverse backgrounds and often facing social or cultural barriers, a unique opportunity to discover the benefits of sports and healthy eating, develop practical and digital skills, and showcase their experiences through innovative collective creations. The main goal is to demonstrate that sports and a balanced diet are accessible to everyone, while strengthening togetherness, inclusion, and self-confidence. In the context of youth work, the project is based on non-formal education, using sports, culinary, and digital activities (videos, podcasts, tutorials) to allow young people to express their ideas, collaborate, and share their experiences with peers. These activities foster intercultural collaboration, creativity, and active listening. Specific objectives include: • Strengthening young people’s skills in communication, digital creation, organization, and teamwork. • Encouraging their active participation in their communities and their role as ambassadors for sports and nutrition. • Raising awareness in local communities on well-being, healthy eating, and inclusion, through exhibitions and online sharing of their productions. • Creating a lasting impact by motivating young people to engage in further local, national, or European initiatives. This project represents a first step for these young people in their personal development, civic engagement, and the promotion of inclusive and innovative youth work practices.
