We want to offer 18 young people with fewer opportunities from France, Estonia and Sardinia an international mobility experience that is educational, inclusive and inspiring. One of the objectives throughout the stay will be to raise awareness of environmental issues among young people through concrete actions and inspiring encounters. The exchange will involve the collective production of videos on three themes related to their experiences: equality, inclusion and environmental sustainability. This joint production will combine technical learning, creative expression and collaborative work. The videos will serve as a medium for developing technical (filming, editing), creative (writing, storytelling) and social (communication, cooperation, critical thinking) skills. The young people will be involved in all stages from preparation, co-creation and facilitation of workshops, logistical organisation during the exchange and public presentation in order to strengthen their autonomy, confidence and skills. The aim is to create a learning environment where every young person, regardless of their background or difficulties, can be an active participant in their own development. The method is based on active education by involvement in preparation, co-construction of workshops, management of responsibilities during the exchange, role-playing and acting as an ambassador after the stay. The project also aims to break down stereotypes and promote intercultural openness in order to strengthen the sense of European citizenship through a concrete experience of international cooperation.
