By implementing this project, we want to offer young people, from 18 to 30, mosthly with fewer opportunities (YFWOs), who are often excluded from mobility schemes, the chance to enjoy a formative and transformative intercultural experience. The exchange will be organised in Sfax, Tunisia, and will provide them with a unique opportunity to develop their potential through non-formal education, intercultural dialogue and civic engagement. From a youth work perspective, the project aims to: - Create a safe and inclusive space where young people can express themselves, compare their points of view, deconstruct stereotypes and learn from each other. - Promote non-formal education through participatory workshops, debates, role-playing and collective experiences that enable the acquisition of transversal skills (critical thinking, communication, teamwork, digital skills). - Strengthen their civic engagement by putting them in direct contact with associations, young people involved in their communities, and initiatives in the field of the social and solidarity economy (SSE). The project therefore aims: General objective: Promoting access for young people, particularly those with fewer opportunities, to intercultural learning experiences that strengthen their social inclusion Specific objective: to organise a 10-day trip to Tunisia for 30 young adults (at least 70% of whom are disadvantaged) from France, Italy and Tunisia, in order to promote the acquisition of transferable skills, cultural openness and civic engagement.
