By implementing this project, we aim to empower young people through inclusive, participatory, and intercultural learning experiences. The main objectives of the project from a youth work perspective are: - Personal development: Support participants in building confidence, autonomy, and social, communication, and problem-solving skills through hands-on activities and active learning. - Cultural and intercultural awareness: Foster understanding, respect, and appreciation of different cultures, languages, and shared history, particularly through exchanges between rural France and Italy. - Social inclusion: Promote access to meaningful leisure, educational, and cultural activities for young people from diverse backgrounds, including those with fewer opportunities or disabilities. - Cooperation and civic engagement: Encourage teamwork, mutual support, and participation in community-oriented initiatives, cultivating values of solidarity, humanism, and active citizenship. - Sustainable practices: Raise awareness of environmental responsibility and ethical behaviors through project activities and workshops. By fostering exchanges between rural areas of France and Italy, the project strengthens intercultural dialogue and contributes to Youth Goal #3 Inclusive Societies. The environmental workshops and nature-based activities contribute to Youth Goal #10 Sustainable Green Europe, while active involvement of youth in planning, dissemination, and evaluation reflects Youth Goal #11 Youth Organisations & European Programmes. Overall, the project aims to create meaningful, long-lasting learning experiences that equip young people to become active, engaged, and socially responsible members of their communities.
