In order to have quality Erasmus+ projects, it seems important to equip project leaders and to have in-depth time on the management of this type of project. We thus wish to enable participants to fully understand all the necessary phases: from the search for partners to dissemination, with project management tools. In addition, we will offer very practical and technical training with groups of international participants who will work directly on the actual writing of a project on a KA1 form. Our objectives are to: - facilitate access and deepen participants' knowledge of the different aspects of the Erasmus + program - improve participants' skills in project management and writing, by understanding all the phases necessary for carrying out a quality project - to enable participants to better analyze the needs of their target group so that the objectives of their project respond to local needs and so that the project has a positive impact on communities - develop the network of European partners of each participant and encourage the development of transnational projects - experiment with non-formal education tools that can be transposed to future projects and train participants in their educational role The aim is for several projects to be written between international partners during the training. During the previous training course in January 2025, seven projects were conceived and written, four of which were accepted and will be carried out in 2025–2026.
