The ALCA training is a unique 10-day immersive experience at the Oasis des Âges in Corrèze, taking place from September 1st to 10th, 2026. It's designed for youth professionals eager to explore new approaches. Our goal is to provide cooperation tools and self-knowledge tools through body and somatic practices to develop authentic leadership. This will empower the youth of tomorrow to lead collective actions that are meaningful and work towards a more desirable world. This training addresses major issues for today's youth, particularly concerning mental health and the capacity to act. It offers youth professionals a new, more creative and embodied approach to working with young people. We believe that by equipping youth workers, we can envision a more just, sustainable, and inclusive world. A Deep Learning Journey: we have designed an experience that combines theory and concrete practices to help you embody and disseminate these methods to the young people you support. Our holistic pedagogy, which connects the body, heart, and mind, aims to give you a more grounded and effective coaching posture. This is where the innovative contribution of authentic leadership lies. Moving away from traditional models of authority, we will invite youth workers to reconnect with themselves, their bodies, and their emotions. By developing a better knowledge of self, they will be able to guide collective actions that stem from their own values and will thus be even more engaged in the processes, mobilizing their sincerity, which can inspire young people to fully commit to their life projects. By helping youth workers gain confidence in their facilitator role, we want to help strengthen young people's sense of belonging to the European community, making them want to create ties and get involved in collective projects. This training aims to enable you to: - Develop authentic leadership to lead meaningful collective actions. - Unleash your potential as an individual to better serve the collective. - Explore body awareness for improved self-knowledge. - Acquire creative facilitation tools that nurture collective and emotional intelligence. - Gain confidence to take initiative and inspire young people. The ultimate objective of this training is to equip youth professionals to guide the next generation in addressing tomorrow's challenges, by teaching them how to work together cooperatively and inclusivel
