Our project aims to bring together youth workers and trainers from different backgrounds, including those with opposing perspectives on social issues, to explore tools and methodologies that foster dialogue, tolerance, and mutual understanding. By engaging in non-formal education activities, participants will reflect on different learning styles, develop skills in conflict resolution, and create common relationships that will last beyond the project timeline. The activity will be hosted in France, where participants will also experience a range of intercultural exchanges and local realities. Objectives and Key Issues: Stimulate healthy exchange to encourage tolerance, equality, and acceptance. Promote values such as social inclusion, empathy, and intercultural dialogue. Raise awareness of non-formal education as a tool for integration and against racism and intolerance. Analyse contemporary forms of media and their role in shaping public opinion. Explore the link between economics and cultural division. Develop a shared set of values to disseminate in partner countries and communities. Expected Outcomes for Participants: Practical tools to facilitate dialogue between opposing points of view. Deeper understanding of the founding values of the European Union. Skills to design and implement new youth projects on tolerance and anti-racism. Broader awareness of different cultures and ideologies. Increased capacity and competences as youth workers and leaders. Knowledge of how Erasmus+ funding supports social innovation. Improved soft skills such as presentation, open communication, and constructive feedback. Expected Outcomes for Partner Organisations: Enhanced socio-racial competences and understanding among staff. Greater inclusion and diversity in their youth work activities. Better capacity to address issues faced by their target groups. Increased reputation and visibility at local, national, and European level. Stronger frameworks to design, manage, and scale youth projects. Expanded European cooperation and partnerships. Overall Impact: Through these outcomes, we aim to contribute to a more inclusive and harmonised Europe where diversity is respected, intercultural dialogue is strengthened, and youth organisations are better equipped to combat racism and intolerance.
