In France, many young people who are far from employment and supported by structures such as Missions Locales and Apprentis d’Auteuil face a dual exclusion: social and digital. This digital divide limits their access to information, public services, and active participation in democratic life. However, digital tools can be a powerful lever for developing democratic skills, such as critical thinking, participation in public debates, and civic engagement. This project aims to reduce this divide by offering young people a digital inclusion program focused on developing democratic skills. It will rely on participatory methods and digital tools to help them become active, informed, and responsible citizens. This project responds to the context debated by the European Council of Ministers: Disinformation, manipulation and threats in cyberspace and their impact on the lives of young people
