PHOENIX is an inclusive and participative project, written by young people for other young people who have dropped out of school (Ecole de la Deuxième Chance). Through the organization, production, filming and broadcasting of a documentary, co-directed by these young people, PHOENIX aims to highlight local actions in favor of socio-professional integration. To this end, Les Tarpin Loin will train young people from the Ecole de la Deuxième Chance (Second Chance School) in audiovisual production, and will work with them to produce the documentary, which will focus on the social integration initiatives carried out by the “Les Beaux Mets” restaurant, which trains young people in prison in catering skills to help them reintegrate into the job market. To fuel the young people's reflection, which will be reflected in the in the documentary, the young people will also meet with local/european political decision-makers in charge of socio-professional integration in the region.
