“21 Rêves étoilés !” is a project that aims to train young people with Down syndrome in the restaurant business, led by Michelin-starred chefs, while organizing discussion sessions with elected officials and policymakers to learn more about the inclusion measures and initiatives that exist in the local and European labor market for people with disabilities. The project will culminate in a grand finale in the form of a cooking competition, open to the public and widely publicized in the media, during which young people with Down syndrome will organize and host conferences with local (Michelin-starred chefs and elected officials) and European (European fund managers for inclusion) policy makers on inclusion policies and initiatives implemented by the various stakeholders (associations, elected officials, and restaurants) in order to share them with and promote them to the general public.
