The central theme of the project is "Inclusion" It aims to support the transformation of our department in the field of supporting young people with disabilities, particularly those who have dropped out of their educational or career paths. The objectives of this project are multiple : • Contribute to developing participants' self-confidence, acceptance of "our differences," and stimulate the desire to discover and explore their potential. • Mobilize and involve young people from Eure in this solidarity project so they can contribute to building an inclusive societ. • Share our knowledge and expertise in the field of disability with young people • Establish a dialogue between public and private sector stakeholders around the issues of supporting young people with disabilities who have dropped out of their educational or career paths.
