The HEPP project starts from the observation that young adults face difficulties in being heard by public authorities and influencing political decisions that affect them. The initiative thus aims to strengthen their agency by conducting a cooperative survey on political speeches and projects. Its goal is to enable them to co-create knowledge and tools to analyze, understand, and act within the political framework. Beyond this, the project also seeks to support youth workers, often young themselves, in reflecting on their political role. Finally, the survey conducted by the youth will produce tools to decode political speeches and decisions. These resources will create dialogue and meeting spaces led by and for young people, allowing elected officials and policymakers to better understand their realities and adjust their policies accordingly.
