From a youth work perspective, our project is a direct response to the urgent need to equip young people with the practical skills and emotional resilience required to constructively navigate conflict and foster meaningful dialogue in increasingly diverse societies. We are responding to specific challenges observed across our partner countries, including rising social polarization, the difficulties of integrating displaced youth, and a lack of accessible tools for intercultural communication. Our Main Objectives: 1. To develop key communication and conflict mediation competencies in 30 young participants and 6 group leaders through an 8-day youth exchange in Croatia, using non-formal education methods. 2. To foster practical application by supporting 100% of participants in creating personal "Conflict Toolkits" and applying these strategies in their daily lives within one month after the project. 3. To enhance organisational capacity by enabling at least 5 partner organisations to integrate at least two innovative conflict resolution methods into their regular youth programmes by the end of 2026. 4. To empower participants as multipliers by supporting the 6 national teams in organizing one local follow-up activity, directly reaching at least 90 young people. 5. To ensure wider impact through the co-creation of the #BridgesNotWalls digital campaign and an Open-Access Digital Methodological Toolkit, aiming to reach over 1,000 young people online. 6. To create and launch an open-access Online Conflict Resolution Resource Hub, hosting at least 6 practical tools and reaching a minimum of 500 unique users within the first year.
