With the project Connect and Create we aim to make cross-sector cooperation a practical, everyday capability of youth workers and their organisations, and to translate that capability into at least one concrete, fundable transnational project. The objective of the project is to strengthen youth workers’ competences for cross-sectoral cooperation and to translate these competences into durable European partnerships and at least one concrete Erasmus+ project proposal. In a context where youth work in Croatia is still not formally recognised, we will connect practitioners with state-of-the-art European knowledge, train them to work credibly with other sectors (education, social services, local government, civil society, private sector), and build durable partnerships that strengthen the visibility and impact of youth work for young people.
