With the project, we want to provide young people interested in culture and art with space and support for development, promotion and active involvement in the cultural life of the community. Based on the identified needs (limited access to resources, low visibility and lack of dialogue with decision-makers), we developed a model of participatory activities in culture (PAIC/PAUK). The goals of the project are: to empower young authors through education, mentoring and practical experience; increase their visibility in the public space through exhibitions and the media; to provide young people with production, communication and advocacy skills applicable outside the cultural sector; encourage dialogue between young people and decision-makers in order to create better cultural policies; and develop a sustainable model of participatory cultural practices that can be replicated in other communities.
