With this project we want to empower young people from Pelješac and Korčula to actively participate in community life and decision-making processes. Our objectives are to explore the needs and opinions of young people through a survey with 300 respondents, to develop their competences in leadership, advocacy and civic participation, to foster dialogue with local decision-makers, and to create Guidelines for the inclusion of young people in decision-making. We want to provide young people with the opportunity to recognise their voice as important, to connect with decision-makers and civil society organisations, and to jointly shape proposals that will improve participation and the quality of life in their communities in the long term.
