Objectives

We aim to help young people see how mental well-being shapes their relationships and to give them simple tools they can use every day. First comes a healthy relationship with oneself, then stronger and more supportive bonds with others. Many young people still struggle with communication, trust, and long-term commitment, even with today’s easy online contact. Separation rates are rising, cultural misunderstandings are common, and there are few safe places to talk about these topics. Schools rarely teach empathy, intercultural understanding or conflict resolution in a practical way, so real life skills are missing. We will create a safe, inclusive and intercultural space where participants share experiences, question stereotypes and learn together. Different cultural views will be part of every session, so everyone can reflect on personal styles and also understand how love, family and partnership are seen across Europe. Our objectives are: - Raise awareness about the link between mental health and healthy relationships. - Provide tools for self awareness, emotional regulation and respectful communication. - Explore basic attachment ideas and cultural perspectives on relationship dynamics. - Strengthen empathy, tolerance and intercultural dialogue through group activities. - Support small local workshops on healthy communication and inclusion, led by participants. - Build an international youth network that promotes relational well-being and solidarity. The result is clear knowledge and real confidence to build healthier relationships, which supports more inclusive communities, more resilient families, and stronger bonds across cultures.
