The indirect goal of the project is to reach out to young people and involve them more effectively in solving community problems. To achieve this, we will organise a 6-day training for leaders and professionals of youth NGOs in Keszthely. At this training through practical exercises and non-formal education methods, participants will learn how to reach young people more easily, activate them and involve them in solving social issues, which is essential for the existence of a developed democracy. The techniques acquired by the participants will be widely applicable in their daily work, whether it's involving participants or volunteers in events, disseminating campaigns to a wider audience, fundraising, recruiting and retaining volunteers, or developing the social base. Furthermore, we will familiarize them with the workings of the EU and domestic institutional systems, the framework for volunteering, and numerous other techniques for mentoring young people and their groups, or even for developing their own organizations. Another goal of the project is to further strengthen the existing partnership network, as this will be the third time we organize our project together, each time with a different group of participants. This continuity provides stability and further broadens the impact of our project, as the number of people who have participated in the development grows year after year, and we also continuously perfect the process of implementation and competence development.
