Objectives

The project "AI-UP" aims to empower youth workers with the necessary skills to integrate artificial intelligence (AI) tools into their communication strategies, content creation, and organizational workflows. As youth organizations increasingly face challenges in engaging young people through digital means, AI provides a solution to enhance outreach, personalize content, and optimize visibility. The primary objectives of the project are: Expand knowledge and skills: Equip youth workers with the practical knowledge of AI tools that can be used for social media management, content creation, and data analysis. This will enhance their capacity to engage with young people effectively and promote their organizations’ activities. Share best practices: Provide youth workers with tools and examples of how AI can be integrated into youth work. The training will focus on how to use AI to create engaging, personalized content, build targeted campaigns, and increase outreach to young people. Enhance visibility and dissemination: Enable youth workers to leverage AI to boost the visibility of their organizations’ initiatives, ensuring their work reaches a broader audience. Participants will learn how to automate routine tasks, manage online campaigns, and use AI for data-driven decision-making. Promote ethical and inclusive practices: Teach responsible AI use, focusing on ethical considerations, inclusivity, and avoiding bias. Ensuring that AI tools are used in a way that reflects the values of the European Union is central to the project’s approach. By providing these skills, the project will enhance youth workers' ability to communicate with young people, allowing them to better promote Erasmus+ opportunities and engage in socially impactful initiatives. "AI-UP" builds upon the success of previous initiatives like "DIGIT-UP," advancing digital skills to include AI technologies, ultimately helping youth organizations stay relevant in an increasingly digital world.
