The project aims to strengthen community participation and social engagement by involving local cultural and natural heritage in youth work. It offers a response to the challenges of alienation and disconnection from communities caused by globalisation and digitalisation. The project will engage youth workers in a transnational learning process, where they will learn new ways of encouraging community participation and using local assets for educational purposes. The project will emphasise the use of digital tools, creating opportunities for modern and creative ways of presenting heritage. The initiative contributes to the qualitative development of youth work and to the strengthening of European values, in line with the EU's objectives for youth. It also aims to have a positive long-term impact by involving local communities more actively and supporting sustainable development.
