Objectives

Our primary goal is to contribute to the creation of a more inclusive society in which young people, including those with disabilities and members of other disadvantaged groups, have equal access to community life, learning opportunities, and the resources necessary for independent living. As part of the project, we are organizing two international professional meetings, during which youth workers, social workers, and civil society organizations will share their experiences and work together to develop innovative solutions for the development of community-based services. The aim of the project is to support the professional development of youth workers, with a particular focus on strengthening an inclusive approach and learning methods that can be directly applied in their daily work. This will improve participants' communication, intercultural, and digital skills and increase their ability to respond flexibly and innovatively to the diverse needs of young people. In practice, this means that professionals will be able to organize community programs with greater confidence, carry out awareness-raising activities, and break down the attitudinal and social barriers that prevent disadvantaged young people from participating actively. Another important goal of the project is international networking and exchange of experiences. In the rapidly changing environment of youth work, it is particularly valuable for professionals to learn about good practices from other countries that they can adapt to their own communities. This contributes to professional renewal, organizational innovation, and more effective youth engagement. Overall, the project aims to equip youth workers with the knowledge and tools to strengthen inclusion in the long term, increase young people's participation in society, and contribute to youth work that is truly accessible and inclusive for all young people.
