The project aims to empower teachers and youth workers with modern, practical tools and inclusive methodologies that enable them to better identify and support children and young people on the autism spectrum. Through this, the project directly contributes to the Erasmus+ priorities of inclusion and diversity, while also addressing the digital transition and the green transition. Our objectives are threefold: 1. Strengthening professional competences: Participants will acquire knowledge on early detection of autism, communication and behaviour management strategies, and inclusive educational methods that support social participation and equal opportunities. 2. Promoting institutional and community change: The newly acquired knowledge will be integrated into everyday practice within schools, youth organisations, and communities, thereby strengthening the quality and innovation of local youth work. This will foster more inclusive environments that reflect EU values such as democracy, equality and respect for diversity. 3. Networking and long-term cooperation: The project will establish a cross-border professional network between Hungary and Slovakia, which will be further extended through an open digital platform. This ensures continuous knowledge-sharing, international cooperation and contributes to the active participation of youth workers in European democratic life. The project also contributes to the EU Youth Strategy by supporting the empowerment of youth workers who play a key role in enabling young people – especially those with fewer opportunities – to actively engage in their communities.
