The main objective of the "Next Level Youth Work – Sport for Future Competences" project is to combine sport and non-formal learning in an innovative way, thereby providing youth workers with new methodological tools. The central aim of the project is to promote the professional development of participating youth workers while contributing to increasing the capacity of their organizations and communities. Our specific objectives are: 1. Competence development for youth workers: participants will learn new methods that will enable them to develop young people's social, communication, and cooperation skills more effectively. 2. Introduction of sports-based pedagogical tools: we want to use sport not only as physical activity, but also as a tool for learning and community building in youth work. 3. Strengthening inclusion: the project pays special attention to ensuring that disadvantaged young people also have the opportunity to participate and that youth workers have methods at their disposal that help to involve these groups. 4. International exchange of experience: cooperation between the Hungarian and Finnish partners provides an opportunity to share good practices and learn about youth work in different cultural contexts. 5. Sustainability and awareness: the project not only offers sports methodology, but also shapes attitudes: it emphasizes sustainability, environmentally friendly practices, and social responsibility. The project develops youth workers who will be able to use sport as a tool to build community, motivate young people, and contribute to their social integration. In the long term, the program strengthens innovation in youth work and European-level networking.
