With the implementation of this project, we aim to create a transformative experience for young people, using sport, mental well-being, and digitalization as tools to foster inclusion, combat discrimination, and develop new skills. Our goal is for participants not only to gain knowledge, but also to experience firsthand the value of fair play, active citizenship, and sustainability, becoming agents of change in their communities. We have set ourselves five primary objectives to achieve this vision: 1. Promote sport as a means of social inclusion. Regardless of culture, gender, or ability, we aspire to create inclusive sports venues. Teamwork and inclusive tournaments will help participants overcome prejudice and intolerance. 2. Encourage young people to value mental and physical health. Participants will learn how physical activity, mental health, and a balanced diet are connected. We want to help them improve their lifestyle and mental and physical balance through mindfulness, yoga, and nutrition workshops. 3. Challenge preconceptions and hate speech online. Social media can promote change, but it can also spread hatred and intolerance. We want to train participants to recognize and counter negative messages and use digital media responsibly with this project. 4. Promote environmental sustainability in sports. Sports must change to show greater respect for the environment. Through plogging, reusing sports equipment, and planning eco-friendly events, we hope to demonstrate to young people how even small actions can have a significant impact on protecting the earth. 5. Improve young people's digital skills. Positive messages and lasting change require effective communication. Our goal is to teach participants to share their experiences through images, videos, and digital narratives, promoting ambassadors of fair play and inclusivity beyond the initiative.
