With this project, we aim to create a safe and creative space where young people can slow down, connect with themselves, and communicate in new ways. Today’s life is fast, noisy, and often difficult to navigate: it can be challenging to truly listen to our own emotions or understand those of others. Through art, movement, and non-verbal communication, we want to help young people express what they feel, share it with others, and build deeper connections, improving their emotional and social well-being. The main objectives of the project, from the perspective of youth work practice, are: 1. Promote emotional and social well-being of young people: provide tools and activities to help participants recognize, understand, and express their emotions in a healthy and constructive way. 2. Develop relational and communication skills: foster the ability to listen, understand, and interact with others, enhancing the quality of personal and group relationships. 3. Encourage creativity and active participation: use art, movement, and non-verbal communication as tools to stimulate individual and collective expression, strengthening a sense of belonging and collaboration. 4. Support newcomer partners in youth work practice: involve young or less experienced organizations in Erasmus+ projects to provide practical training, mentorship, and opportunities to develop skills in designing and implementing non-formal educational activities. We strongly believe that when young people learn to recognize and express their emotions in a healthy way, they not only improve their personal well-being but also become more open, confident, and active within their communities. Similarly, supporting newcomer partners strengthens local youth work capacities, creating a multiplier effect that positively impacts the young people involved. The project aims to combine participants’ personal growth with partners’ professional development, promoting inclusive, creative, and sustainable youth work practices capable of generating long-lasting positive effects at both local and European levels.
