Objectives

By implementing this project, we want to respond to the real needs of young people who today face the double challenge of lifestyle-related health risks and the climate crisis. From the perspective of youth work, the main objective is to create a supportive and experiential environment where young people can develop knowledge, skills, and attitudes that strengthen both personal well-being and collective responsibility. The objectives of the project are: a. To raise health literacy by equipping young people with practical, science-based tools on nutrition, movement, stress management, sleep hygiene, and mental well-being. b. To enhance ecological awareness by connecting personal lifestyle choices with global sustainability through the principles of Planetary Health. c. To cultivate resilience, empathy, and community care, enabling young people to strengthen social ties and become active multipliers of positive change. d. To promote inclusive and sustainable behaviour change by guiding participants to set personal and collective goals and transform them into concrete local actions. e. To foster intercultural dialogue and European solidarity, allowing young people to learn from one another across cultural and national boundaries. In youth work practice, this means creating spaces of trust where diversity is valued, supporting participants with fewer opportunities, and using non-formal education methods such as creative expression, peer-to-peer learning, and experiential activities in nature. The aim is not only to share knowledge but to enable young people to live and internalise healthier and more sustainable habits, so that they can return home as empowered changemakers in their communities.
