The project aims to strengthen young people’s self-esteem and well-being, helping them to recognise and deconstruct the unrealistic beauty standards promoted by media and social networks. We intend to create a safe and intercultural educational space where participants can reflect on social pressures related to body image, develop critical competences in the use of digital media and promote a more inclusive and positive vision of diversity. The main objectives are: - Critically analyse digital influences and unrealistic beauty standards - Strengthen participants’ self-esteem and resilience - Promote inclusion and diversity - Develop awareness and confidence to resist social pressures - Encourage acceptance of one’s uniqueness - Stimulate active participation and European citizenship From a youth work perspective, the project represents an opportunity to experiment with innovative educational tools based on non-formal learning and peer education. The planned activities. workshops, creative laboratories, daily reflections, public events and digital campaigns, will enable young people to acquire key knowledge, skills and attitudes to become active, resilient and aware citizens.
