The project aims to trigger concrete changes in young people’s behaviours and attitudes regarding health, lifestyles, and environmental sustainability, through non-formal education and peer learning. From a youth-work perspective, it creates safe and inclusive spaces where participants—supported, not replaced, by adults—can design, test, and transfer micro-actions that are relevant to their daily lives and to their communities. General objectives (aligned with Erasmus+ and the 2030 Agenda): - Foster the empowerment of young people as aware and active European citizens (EYG: Space & Participation for All), linked to SDG 3 (Good Health and Well-being) and SDG 13 (Climate Action). - Promote healthy and sustainable lifestyles through hands-on experiences in nutrition, physical activity, addiction prevention, and responsible consumption (SDG 3, SDG 12). - Develop transversal competences (teamwork, problem solving, intercultural and digital/media competences) and green skills (recycling/reuse, DIY eco-products, ecological footprint) useful for study, work, and volunteering. - Strengthen intercultural dialogue and European identity, countering stereotypes and promoting inclusive societies (EYG: Inclusive Societies; Information & Constructive Dialogue). Specific (SMART) youth-work objectives: - By the end of the exchange, at least 80% of participants draft a personal plan with three lifestyle micro-changes and test at least one of them. - At least four hands-on workshops (intercultural cooking, paper recycling, eco soap/detergent making, Green Sport) are co-facilitated by participants, with rotating roles (facilitator, reporter, timekeeper). - The “GREEN-GO” campaign is designed and produced by participants (video spot + poster/social kit) and disseminated in all partner cities, reaching 1,000+ youths (cumulative, online + events). - 100% of participants complete Youthpass, linking activities to Key Competences and relevant SDGs. - 60%+ of participants take part in at least one post-exchange local event within 60 days. Pedagogical approach: - Co-design across all phases. - Active, experiential methods (simulations, role play, world/knowledge café, learning stations, media production). - Structured reflection (daily debriefs, learning diaries, self-assessment targets). - Inclusion measures - And sustainability as practice. In short, the project converts awareness into replicable action, placing young people at the centre as agents of change in their communities.
