We want to create an inclusive learning environment where young people from different cultural backgrounds can engage in non-formal activities, gain awareness of the value of diversity, and develop skills beneficial for their personal and social growth. The project aims to foster cohesion, intercultural dialogue, and solidarity, helping participants become more open and tolerant. The project focuses on: - Promoting social inclusion and interculturality, encouraging the exchange of ideas and collaboration among young people from various backgrounds. - Enhancing transversal competences, particularly communication, digital, and creative skills, which are valuable both personally and professionally. - Encouraging active citizenship and collective responsibility, motivating participants to become agents of change in their own communities. - Building international networks, laying the groundwork for future collaborations and Erasmus+ projects. From a youth work perspective, the project emphasizes empowering participants by providing concrete opportunities for non-formal learning and hands-on experimentation. Through creative workshops, digital labs, moments of reflection, and peer-to-peer exchanges, we aim to help young people become aware of their abilities and potential. We also support the development of essential soft skills (communication, leadership, problem-solving) and promote active participation, encouraging them to make decisions and co-design their own growth path.
