This project is specifically designed to address the urgent need for educational innovation by strengthening the link between formal and non-formal education. Traditional schooling is increasingly unable to meet the evolving needs of young people, as it struggles to provide them with the competences required by the labour market and the dynamic changes in society. Non-formal education (NFE) has the capacity to adapt to these evolving demands by fostering creativity, experiential learning, inclusivity, and motivation towards lifelong learning. Despite its potential, collaboration between the formal and non-formal education sectors remains limited. The project idea was born from a context analysis carried out by partner NGOs, that brought to the identification of the following objectives: - develop and strengthen youth workers’ and NGOs’ competences in creating synergies between formal and non-formal education; - foster innovative learning environments that combine formal and non-formal to make education more inclusive and effective; - support the professional growth of youth workers through continuous learning, collaboration, and more engaging learning paths for young people; - foster international exchange of good practices and long-term cooperation among partner organisations, enhancing capacities to evaluate the impact of their educational initiatives. The partnership will achieve the identified objectives by providing training and new skills to our youth workers, space for cooperation, partnership building and exchange of good practices, development of innovative tools and methods in working with young people, especially those with fewer opportunities, while at the same time giving space to analyse, reflect and better understand how to impact young people for community development through the crossroad of formal and non-formal. The project will constitute an important source of personal and professional growth in which the participants, as youth workers actively involved in various capacities in the education of young people in their communities, will be able to create a fertile ground for contamination between various educational fields, representing an important source of inspiration in the implementation of further activities
