Objectives

We want our partners' youth workers to take home simple, inclusive, and easily replicable methods for engaging young people—particularly those with fewer opportunities and those with MID/ASD/ADHD/ADD—before, during, and after the activities. The project is a hands-on training ground: you learn by doing (non-formal), you practice safely, and you take away a ready-to-use toolbox (templates, checklists, visuals). Objectives (based on professional practice). O1 – Professional skills. Strengthen at least 3 key areas for each participant: • Inclusive facilitation (clear instructions, time/role management, predictable routines, quiet room). • Visual/digital engagement (visual facilitation, Miro/Mentimeter/Slido/Kahoot, pre/post with Forms/Typeform). • Creative evaluation (emoji thermometer, dot voting, exit ticket) and recognition with Youthpass. Target: ≥24 participants improve by ≥1 level in ≥3 areas and 100% complete the Youthpass; after 90 days, ≥80% apply ≥2 methods in their services. O2 – Inclusion & Participation. Increase access and participation of young FOs: • Involve ≥30% FO participants or operators who work permanently with FOs; • Design activities that "retain" young people (before/during/after engagement, low-threshold tools, low-tech alternatives). Target: Each partner carries out ≥2 local replications reaching ≥25 young people, with mini pre- and post-tests to measure usefulness and intent to return. O3 – Transferability & Impact. Produce open and reusable resources: • Toolkit (step-by-step methods, templates, checklists), icon library, visual agendas; • Video: shared trailer + clips for partners to support events/public presentations. Target: ≥5 public events (≥1 per country), ≥300 downloads/views, and ≥5 external organizations adopting at least one resource. O4 – Neuro-inclusion (focus on MID, ASD, ADHD/ADD). Moving from "should" to "how to": • Each participant develops a lesson plan with ≥5 adaptations (clear communication, management of stimuli/sensors, timing/structure, roles, assessment) validated by a rubric; • Collection of ≥12 case studies (≥3 per partner) with operational strategies and ethical warnings. Target: 100% compliant lesson plans; targeted quiz with ≥80% correct answers. O5 – Organizational change & sustainability. The methods become routine: • Adoption of ≥1 micro-standard per partner (e.g., accessibility checklist, visual agenda, mini pre- and post-teaching) within 3 months; • Cascading training (≥2 micro-training sessions, ≥10 colleagues) and launching a bimonthly community of practice; appointment of a Quality & Inclusion Representative. Target: 100% partners with an active standard, internal training completed, and an evaluation cycle initiated. What the youth workers will actually do: They will design and test real-life sessions (micro-teaching), use visual facilitation to clarify objectives and deliverables, experiment with PhotoVoice and Participatory Video to give young people a voice, use simple digital tools for live interaction and evidence collection, and measure effectiveness with short pre- and post-teaching sessions. Everything will flow into their Youthpass and the common toolkit, to move from the course to daily change in youth services.
