Objectives

The Training Course Play for Inclusion aims to strengthen the quality, inclusiveness and innovation of youth work by equipping 23 youth workers from Italy, Bulgaria, France, Turkey, Czechia, Moldova and Ukraine with practical tools, competences and methodologies based on non-formal education, sport and creativity. The project’s main objectives are: to empower youth workers to use inclusive methods – such as adapted sports, non-traditional games and artistic activities – as tools for social inclusion, especially for young people with fewer opportunities and disabilities; to improve youth workers’ competences in line with the Youthpass framework, including digital skills, ecological awareness, intercultural dialogue, teamwork and facilitation; to strengthen the capacity of partner organisations to deliver innovative and sustainable youth work practices, directly addressing the Erasmus+ priorities of inclusion and diversity, digital and green transition, and participation in democratic life; to create a transnational network of committed youth workers who will act as multipliers by organising local follow-up activities, workshops and community events after the course, ensuring the sustainability of results. Through this project, youth workers will not only acquire new knowledge and skills, but will also become active agents of change in their communities, able to design and implement inclusive youth activities that foster equal opportunities, participation and social cohesion across Europe.
