By implementing this project, we aim to strengthen the competences of youth workers in promoting inclusive leadership, capable of valuing diversity and encouraging the active participation of all young people, regardless of their background. The main objectives of the project, from a youth work practice perspective, are: -Develop practical and theoretical skills of participants in managing inclusive groups, learning tools and strategies to facilitate collaboration and empower young people. -Promote intercultural awareness and sensitivity to diversity, helping youth workers recognize and overcome social, cultural, or gender-related barriers. -Create a European network of youth workers committed to inclusive leadership, fostering the exchange of good practices and future collaboration between youth organizations. -Positively impact the youth communities involved through the dissemination of inclusive and participatory approaches that make young people protagonists of their personal and social development. In summary, the project aims to transform youth workers’ competences into practical tools to build inclusive and participatory spaces, strengthening the role of non-formal education in promoting more equitable and open societies.
