Objectives

The project stems from our experience in the Urban Outdoors Adventure training course in Norway, where we discovered how outdoor activities and sustainable practices can be effective tools for social inclusion and promoting the well-being of young people. The initiative aims to provide youth workers with practical tools and innovative methodologies to support young people in managing stress, preventing risks associated with excessive use of social media, and promoting mental health through outdoor activities and non-formal learning methods. The project includes the creation of practical materials (manuals, guides, booklets) to be shared at a European level, fostering the exchange of good practices and building a network of prepared and aware professionals. Main objectives: Train youth workers with practical skills and innovative methodologies. Promote outdoor activities for the psychological and physical well-being of young people. Create educational tools that can be shared across Europe. Raise awareness on preventing digital risks. Disseminate good practices and strengthen European collaboration among youth workers. The project combines training, innovative practices, and networking, aiming to create a lasting impact on the well-being of young people and local communities, supporting youth workers in their role as facilitators of growth and inclusion.
