The project aims to develop a new generation of trainers in the field of non-formal education. It was inspired by local volunteers and facilitators who wanted to grow into trainer roles. The objectives are to build competences outlined in the ETS competence model, strengthen participants’ ability to design and lead workshops, create inclusive and safe learning spaces, and promote resilience, ethics, and digital skills. From a youth work perspective, the goal is to support quality training practices, multiply methods within local organisations, and prepare participants to act as multipliers who can share knowledge and inspire others.
