The project aims to transform the real needs of young people living in partner communities into concrete proposals, civic campaigns, and public commitments that can be locally monitored, with a clear European focus. It addresses critical issues like high NEET rates in Romania (19.3%) and Italy (16.1%) and counteracts youth disaffection by providing practical spaces to influence real decisions. Key objectives are: 1) Participation & Impact: Activating a binational Youth Board to co-produce a manifesto (green transition, inclusion, democracy) and organizing structured dialogue events with decision-makers, tracking public commitments for 3–6 months. 2) Skills & Well-being: Improving participants' civic self-efficacy and digital literacy by ≥20% and validating outcomes with Youthpass. 3) Effective Inclusion: Ensuring ≥75% of direct participants are NEETs or have fewer opportunities. 4) Quality: Co-creating a replicable toolkit and a transnational policy brief
