The project aims to promote youth participation and active citizenship, closely linking them to youth wellbeing, both in its more personal dimension and in its social and political dimension. The main objective is to respond to young people’s need to have a voice, to be able to express ideas, emotions and proposals while feeling heard and recognised. Participants will be accompanied on a journey that combines experiences of community life, workshops in schools and public spaces, dialogue sessions and public events, where they will have the opportunity to reflect on what makes them feel well or unwell at school, in the city and in the wider world. Through these experiences they will develop transversal competences, strengthen self-confidence and self-efficacy, exercise critical thinking and dialogue with peers, adults and institutions, making tangible the value of participation as both a tool for individual wellbeing and a driver of collective change.
