The project stems from the need to strengthen youth participation in the eight small municipalities of the Zona Sociale 4 in Umbria, where opportunities for active citizenship and dialogue with institutions remain limited. It will give 30 young people aged 16 to 30 concrete tools to turn their ideas into credible proposals, working on real challenges defined together with the municipalities. Its main objectives are to build skills in social and European project design, to foster a structured dialogue with local authorities and stakeholders, and to promote an inclusive and lasting culture of youth participation. The final outcome will be the creation of a youth advisory group which, together with the tools produced, will ensure continuity and impact beyond the project’s duration.
