CTRL! Cultural Territories Reclaimed by Young Leaders strengthens the role of young people in cultural and social life in Salerno, offering young under-30s the tools, skills and spaces to influence local decision-making processes. The objectives are: to set up a Board Under 30 to coordinate cultural activities and support Blam’s youth team in the management of “iMorticelli” cultural centre; to launch non-formal training courses on the management and programming of cultural spaces; to organise youth-designed cultural events for the community; to develop a scalable and replicable toolkit for a youth-led management of cultural spaces; to stimulate structured dialogue between youth, institutions and stakeholders to innovate youth and cultural policies at the local level. CTRL! promotes the role of cultural centres as spaces for well-being, social inclusion and active citizenship, as well as catalysts for the personal and professional growth of young people involved.
