The project CommuniCAREer aims to empower 30 young people (15 in Italy, 15 in Spain) to explore their professional identity and strengthen their well-being through structured self-reflection and civic engagement. It creates safe spaces for dialogue where youth and young policymakers exchange perspectives, fostering mutual understanding and trust. The objectives are to: (1) support youth in connecting career choices with mental health and participation; (2) co-create transnational policy recommendations on youth well-being at work; (3) establish a lasting online community with bi-monthly “Reconnection Circles” on Slack; and (4) ensure that young voices influence local, national, and European debates on employability, inclusion, and democratic participation.
