The project aims to foster active participation and social inclusion of young people with fewer opportunities through inclusive sport and non-formal education. It seeks to transform participants into co-designers and leaders of local initiatives, strengthening self-esteem, resilience and transversal skills (teamwork, communication, critical thinking, leadership). At the same time, it enhances Youth Workers’ competences, providing innovative tools to support disadvantaged groups. The project promotes gender equality, environmental awareness and intercultural dialogue, linking urban peripheries of Naples and rural areas of Barcelona in a European exchange that combines experiences, educational practices and common values. Through workshops, mobilities and a shared toolkit, the initiative consolidates networks between associations, institutions and young citizens, generating replicable models of democratic participation and social cohesion at local and European level.
