We aim to strengthen young people’s voice, wellbeing and civic agency through Artivism—with dance at the core—using non-formal education methods, co-creation, and inclusive, low-threshold practice. The project also develops partner capacity to deliver high-quality, safe and accessible youth work. Objectives (practice-focused) Empower creative self-expression and voice - Equip participants to express ideas and emotions through dance/arts and to connect them with social topics (e.g., climate, belonging, equality). - Outcomes: each participant co-creates and presents at least one artistic output; gives/receives peer feedback; articulates learning in Youthpass. Build active citizenship and participation skills - Link personal stories to human rights, EU values and local community life; practise speaking to audiences and decision-makers. - Outcomes: youth co-host a public sharing; draft a short message or micro-campaign idea; increased readiness to engage in community actions. Strengthen intercultural competence and community belonging - Use mixed-national teamwork, non-verbal tools and dialogue circles to reduce stereotypes and foster empathy. - Outcomes: improved confidence working across cultures; visible inclusive behaviours (buddying, shared responsibilities). Foster wellbeing, confidence and safe group culture - Embed daily check-ins, clear codes of conduct, and youth-led roles (creative leads, wellbeing buddies, green team, media). - Outcomes: participants report higher self-confidence and sense of safety; leaders note early support provided when needs arise. Promote inclusion & access for young people with fewer opportunities - Provide tailored support (simple language, pacing, mentoring, financial top-ups) so barriers do not block participation. - Outcomes: priority places filled by youth with fewer opportunities; participation sustained throughout the exchange and follow-up. Enable real transfer to everyday life (follow-up actions) - Mentor country groups to plan and run youth-led mini-projects at home (e.g., open workshop, pop-up performance, small solidarity action). - Outcomes: at least one micro-action per country; materials and reflections shared in a mini-toolkit and short subtitled video. Develop organisational practice in Artivism - Refine workshop formats, inclusion routines, safeguarding and green practices for reuse in regular youth work. - Outcomes: a concise set of reusable session plans/checklists; partners integrate formats into local programmes.
