This project aims to empower young people—especially those facing geographical, social, and economic obstacles, youth from small towns from Lithuania, Hungary, Poland, Spain and Slovenia with limited access to cultural, educational, and international experiences. From a youth work perspective, our objectives are: To strengthen young people’s resilience to change by engaging them in creative, experience-based workshops where they can safely explore challenges, emotions, and new ideas; To increase self-confidence and intercultural openness, especially for youth with no prior international experience; To develop communication skills, including using foreign languages, in real and supportive peer contexts; To foster solidarity, empathy and problem solving skills between youth from six different countries by living, creating, and reflecting together; To enhance young people’s awareness of learning and their ability to recognise and describe their personal growth through daily reflection and the Youthpass process.
